Ingredients
Chicken Thighs, 3 thighs, bone and skin removed cooked and diced Sliced Almonds, 1 oz Garlic, 1 tsp Rosemary, dried, 1 tsp Parmesan Cheese, grated, 3 tbsp Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced Cilantro, raw, 3 tbsp Avacado, whole, medium 1 serving Hard Boiled Egg, white only Water, tap, 4 fl oz
Directions
Chicken Thighs, 3 thighs, bone and skin removed
cooked and diced
Sliced Almonds, 1 oz
Garlic, 1 tsp
Rosemary, dried, 1 tsp
Parmesan Cheese, grated, 3 tbsp
Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced microwave in glass bowl for 2 minutes
Cilantro, raw, 3 tbsp
mix these ingredients together

Avacado, whole, medium 1 serving
Hard Boiled Egg, white only
Water, tap, 4 fl oz
BLEND till smooth then add to chicken mix
