Ingredients
Corn - Kernel - Whole - Del Monte, 1 CanBalsamic Vinegar, 3 tbspExtra Virgin Olive Oil, 4 tbspItalian Seasoning, 2 tspChopped Basil, 2 tspSalt, 2 tspPepper, black, 2 tbspPepper, red or cayenne, 2 tbspBariila Whole Grain Rotini Pasta, 1 BoxChicken Breast, no skin, 1 lb.
Directions
Cook Pasta according to directions
Cook & Cube Chicken
Strain Pasta and keep in colander for now
Add remaining ingredients to same pot and mix together well.
Add cubed chicken to pot and mix well.
Finally, add strained pasta to pot and mix well.
