Ingredients
*CAMPBELLS CREAM OF POTATO SOUP, 2 cupMilk, 1%, 2 cupYellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cup*Bacon - Hormel Fully Cooked Bacon [1/2 oz - about 2 slices], 3 serving*Cheese - Shredded Chedder (Sharp), .05 cupOnions, raw, .50 cup, chopped
Directions
In a large saucepan, saute the onion and garlic (if wanted) until tender. Stir in the soup, corn, and milk. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Yield: 4 servings
