2 1/2 cups (one 15oz can) Pumpkin puree2 Egg1/2 Canola Oil1 Cup Granulated Sugar1 cup Brown Sugar3 1/2 cups Flouwhite flour2.5 tsp Baking Soda1.5 tsp Salt1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon1 1/2 tsp Nutmeg1/2 tsp ground clove1/4 tsp ground ginger2 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice1 tsp black pepper2 egg whites1/4 TreeTop "No Sugar Added" Apple Sauce
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour three 7x3 inch loaf pans.
2.In a large bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, eggs, oil, water and sugar until well blended. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and ginger. Stir the dry ingredients into the pumpkin mixture until just blended. Pour into the prepared pans.
3.Bake for about 50 minutes in the preheated oven. Loaves are done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Serving Size: Makes 24 servings (3 regular loaf pans, cut into 8 pieces each)
