4 potatoes1.5 cups chicken broth1 15-ounce can tomato sauce6 regular Oscar Mayer Weiners1 medium onion1 cup frozen green beans1.5 cups mixed pepper strips.75 cups mixed vegetables (I use Sicilian).5 cup frozen peas
Dice potatoes. Simmer in chicken broth and tomato sauce. Cut up hot dogs into chunks and dice onion. Saute them in olive oil until meat has crispy spots. When potatoes are close to tender, add frozen veggies (except peas) and cook 5-10 minutes, until barely cooked through. Simmering, add hot dog/onion mixture and stir. Turn heat to very low; add frozen peas and stir in. Done when peas are just heated through.
Serving Size: Makes about 3.5 quarts or 14 1-cup servings.
