Pina colada rice salad

Ingredients
1 cup uncooked rice2 cups water1 can (8oz) crushed pinapple1 can (15 oz) coconut milk1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
1.Combine rice and water in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil, turn heat to medium, cook until surface is dry. Put lid on and turn to low for at least 5 minutes.
2. While waiting chop walnuts, open cans.
3. When rice is cooked, add all ingredients to rice. Stir.
4. Serve warm or chill.
