Ingredients
1.5 cups quick oats.5 c sugar.5 c. milk.25 c. margarine melted1 egg1 t. baking powder.75 t . salt1 t. vanilla
Directions
Combine ingredients and mix well. Spread into greased pie pan .
Bake @ 350 degrees for 25-30 mins.

    I used 1/3 cup of brown sugar to see if I could get away with less sugar & used butter, since I don't have margarine & also added .5 tsp of cinnamon to the mix. Tasty breakfast!! Will make again.. Thanks! - 6/14/10
