quick and easy black bean soup

Ingredients
2 (15 ounce) cans black beans, drained and rinsed 1 1/2 cups vegetable broth 1 cup chunky salsa 1 teaspoon ground cumin 4 tablespoons sour cream 2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onion
Directions
Rinse black beans. Combine black beans, veggie broth, salsa, and cumin in a blender. Mix until desired consistancy. Put in pot and heat until warmed through. Makes four servings, top each with 1 tablespoon of sour cream and green onions.
