Chewy Muesli Squares

1 cup rolled oats1 cup almonds1/2 cup moist coconut flakes1/3 cup sesame seeds1/3 cup pepita (pumpkin) seeds1 cup unsalted mixed nuts3 tblspns chia seeds3 tblespns LSA (ground linseed, sunflower & almonds)3 tablspns vanilla protein powder 1 cup rice malt syrup
1.Combine all dry ingredients in food processor
2. Warm the syrup in the microwave for 12 seconds
3. Pour syrup into processor and combine all ingredients
4. Place mix into a lined shallow square dish and push mix down firmly and evenly.
5. Cover with glad wrap and place into fridge to chill.
6. Cut into small squares and keep in an airtight container in the fridge
