Pumpkin Protein Bread

Ingredients
*King Arthur Flour Unbleached All-Purpose Flour, 1 cupBaking Soda, .5 tsp Salt, .25 tsp*Pumpkin Pie spice, 2 tbsp Egg, fresh, 3 large Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 1 cup Water, tap, .5 cup **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 5 tbsp *Genisoy Soy Protein Shake - Vanilla, 8 tbspGranulated Sugar, 0.25 cup
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix flour , protein shake, sugar, pumpkin and water in a bowl.
3. Add the rest of the ingrdients and mix together.
4. Spray glass pyrex dish with non-stick pray.
5. Pour ingredients into dish.
6. Bake approximately 20-30 minutes, or until done.
