Fresh Tuna Salad Sandwiches

Ingredients
1 can of tuna (in water)0.5 small - medium onion, finely chopped1.5-2 tbsp mayo (I use Kraft Mayo w/ olive oil)Salt & Pepper to tasteThe juice of 1-2 lemon wedges (up to you)2 slices of mixed grain/whole wheat bread
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix, and serve on bread (toasted or not).

Serving Size: Makes 2-3 sandwiches.
