2 cups flour1/4 cup flax seed meal1 cup granulated sugar1/2 cup brown sugar1 cup applesauce, unsweetned1 Tsp. Vanilla extract2 Tsp. Baking Soda2 eggs, beaten
Preheat oven 350 degrees.
Mix four, baking soda, and flax see meal in medium bowl. Comine sugars, apple sauce, egg and vanilla and mix well. Incorporate wet ingredients into dry.
Optional: I would suggest dried fruit, banana, cranberries, raspberries or anything you like to make them special.
