In large bowl:1 1/2 C. WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR1 C. WHITE FLOUR2 TBLS SUGAR1 TEAS. SALT2 TBLS BAKING POWDERIn large bowl:2 BEATENED EGGS3 1/2 CUPS SKIM MILK2 TBLS OIL
After mixing together ingredients in their seperate bowls, mix all together and stir just until large lumps are gone.
Pour on Hot oiled griddle and cook.
