Slow Cooker Applesauce (peels on)

Ingredients
8-9 small Granny Smith Apples1 TBS Vanilla (I only had imitation so that is what I used)Juice from 1 lemon (approx 1 tbs)
Directions
Wash, core and quarter apples, add to slow cooker. Add vanilla and lemon juice, stir. Put on high for 3-4 hours. Once cooled somewhat, pulse mixture with immersion blender to mix in peels.
