Crock Pot Chili

1 lb of lean stew meat1 lb of lean gound beef1-15oz can of black beans1-15oz can of pinto beans1-15oz can of kidney beans1-15oz can of great northern beans (white beans)1-10oz can of Rotel or canned tomatoes w/peppers1 cup chopped onion1 tbsp minced garlic1/4 packet of Taco Bell taco seasoning mixSalt & Pepper to taste
In large skillet brown stew meat & ground beef with onions, garlic, & taco seasoning. Drain off excess fat. Once drained pour into Crock pot, preferrably about a 6 quart. Add all canned beans
& the can of Rotel. Cook on low for about 4-6 hours.
Nice to serve with (Not included in Nutritional info): your favorite chili toppings(cheese, sour cream, jalapenos, onions...etc), torilla chips, corn bread or rolls
