Fat Free Fluffy White Frosting

Ingredients
egg white, fresh, 4 large Granulated Sugar, 1 2/3 cup Salt, pinchWater, tap, 1/2 cup Cream of Tartar, 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation 1 tsp
Directions
Combine sugar, water and salt into a small sauce pan. Stir constantly over medium heat. Bring to a boil and cook to 260F degrees (hard ball stage) on a candy thermometer. Beat egg whites with cream of tartar till whites form a peek. While continuing beating slowly pour syrup into egg white mixture. Add Vanilla extract.
