Oatmeal, Baked Peach Cobbler

1/2 cup dry oatmeal1/8 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp cinnamon2 tsp sugar free butterscoch pudding powder1 T packed brown sugar2 T DaVinci sugar free Dulce de Leche syrup1 cup water5 oz. frozen peaches,thawed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a medium-sized pyrex bowl with nonstick cooking spray. Place thawed peaches in bowl.
In a medium bowl, combine dry ingredients. In a small bowl or liquid measuring cup, combine liquid ingredients. Add liquid to dry incredients and stir to combine.
Pour over peaches in prepared bowl and bake for 30 minutes.
Serving Size: 1 makes 1 serving
