1/2 lg. onion1 1/2 tsp. butter1 lb. cooked chicken1 (10 3/4 ounces) can cream of chicken soup1 c. low-fat sour cream1/2 c. milk1 c. cheddar cheese6 frozen biscuits, thawed
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. chop onion and over medium heat melt butter and stir onions and saute until it's tender. Turn fire off. Combine cooked chicken, soup, sour cream, milk and mix well. Put mixture into a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes. Take out and sprinkle with cheese and top with biscuits until brown.
