Spinach, fresh, 1 cup Banana, fresh, 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), .5 cup, unthawed Pineapple, fresh, .5 cup, diced CareOne Whey Protein Powder (Creamy Vanilla), 1 serving Green Tea - 3 bags, 15 minute steep, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
Steep three green tea bags in one cup water for 15 minutes.
Add all ingredients to blender. Blend on medium for one minute to mix, three minutes on high to blend the spinach, or as your mixer directs.
