white wine chicken and veggies !!!!!!!

Ingredients
chicken breast, no skinwhite wine,dry( estimated, about 1/2 cup)extra virgin olive oil1 clove garlic (or more, your choice)1 cup chopped red pepper1 cup chopped green pepper1 cup chopped white onion1 cup chopped yellow squash1 cup chooped zuccini
Directions
first pre chop all veggies.(you can substitute to your liking!!!)

heat evoo in a lage skillet (med-hot)
1st you should braise the chicken, turning once and browning each side

now remove the chicken and let rest on a plate

in the remaining evoo add and brown garlic (do not over cook)
now throw in the onions and peppers allow to soften
ok when your kitchen smells heavnly add in the remaining veggies allow to cook a few min. wile stiring occasionaly.

slide the soft veggies to the side and add the chicken back in (its a tight fit)
now pour in the white wine
allow to BUBBLE (not boil)
cover and simmer until the chicken is fully cooked

i like to serve it on top of whole wheat angle hair pasta or whole grain rice
