Fresh Cilantro Black Bean Fajitas with Lime

1 large Red Bell Pepper, cut into strips1 large Yellow Bell Pepper, cut into strips1 large Orange Bell Pepper, cut into strips1 cup diced onion1/2 cup minced cilantro, preferably fresh3 oz Baby Bella Mushrooms, Sliced2 cups Black Beans1 tbsp Chili Powder1 LimeWhole Wheat Tortillas
Cut up pepper, cilantro, onion, lime ( into slices), and mushrooms.
set aside lime and combine pepper, cilantro, onion, and mushrooms into one bowl and toss with chili powder.
In pan, cook vegetables on medium high for 10 minutes.
Add Black Beans (already cooked)
Mix together and add 1 cup of vegetables & beans into a tortilla.
Squeeze lime over fajita or use to garnish.
