Stew Meat, cubed 4 lbsOnions, chopped 2Carrots, sliced 5 largeZucchini, sliced 3 smallCelery, chopped 1 CupBell Pepper, chopped 1Salt 2 tspPepper 0.5 tspMinced Garlic 2 tsp(P)Canned Tomatoes, chopped 1 14.5oz Can(P)Tomato Soup 1 10.5oz Can
Directions
Place all ingredients EXCEPT Canned tomatoes and tomato soup, in a large ziptop bag and freeze.To serve:
thaw bag and add contents to slow cooker. Add canned tomatoes and tomato soup, stir. Cook on high for
4 hours or on low for 8. Stir occassionally.
