Ingredients
Almonds, 1 cup, whole Almonds, .13 cup, groundDates, 1.2 cup, pitted, chopped Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 2.9 tbsp Salt 1/8 tsp
Directions
Soak dates for 5 mins

Drain dates, save water for smoothies or discard.

Puts dates in food processor and blend until a thick paste is formed

Add nuts, vanilla, salt, and cocoa and blend until slightly chunky.

Form into bars.
Serving Size: makes 9 bars and a little left for muching
