Channel Catfish, 12 oz (remove)GULDENS SPICY BROWN MUSTARD-CORRECTED, 3 tsp (remove)Yellow Mustard, 1 tsp or 1 packet (remove)Yellow Mustard, 1 tsp or 1 packet (remove)*Honey, 2 packet (0.5 oz) (remove)Garlic powder, 0.25 tsp (remove)Salt, 4 dash (remove)Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)Onions, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped (remove)Parsley, dried, 1 tsp (remove)
Mix 1/4 c. chopped onion,3 tsp Spicy brown mustard,2 tsp yellow mustard and 2 tsp honey in bowl.
Lightly spray non stick baking pan with Olive Oil Pam, lay 2 6 oz catfish fillets on pan and spray them lightly as well. Sprinkle lightly with garlic salt and cracked black pepper. (Approximately 1/4 tsp each spice or less is used total to do BOTH fillets)
Coat with mustard/onion mixture.
Sprinkle with Parsley.
Bake in Pre heated oven (300 degrees) for about 20 minutes.
Makes four (3 oz when raw) servings. (cut each fillet in half after cooked)
You can serve with brown rice on a bed of fresh spinach for maximum nutrients!
