Brown Sugar and Balsamic Glazed Pork Loin

1 (1/5-2 lb) boneless pork tenderloin or regular pork loin1 teaspoon ground sage1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon pepper1 clove garlic crushed1/2 cup water1/2 cup brown sugar1 teaspoon cornstarch1/4 cup balsamic vinegar1/2 cup water2 tablespoons soy sauce
Combine sage, salt, pepper and garlic. Rub over roast. Place in slow cooker with 1/2 cup water. Cook on low heat for 6-8 hours. About 1 hour before roast is done, combine ingredients for glaze in a small sauce pan. heat mixture until it thickens. Brush roast with glaze 2 to 3 times during the last hour of cooking and serve with remaining glaze on the side.
