Pecan Pie

Ingredients
1 cup brown sugar1/4 cup white sugar1/2 cup unsalted butter2 eggs1 tablespoon all-purpose flour1 tablespoon milk1 teaspoon vanilla extract1 cup chopped pecans1 prepared 9" pie crust (not included in nutritional guide)
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, beat eggs until foamy, and stir in melted butter.

2. Stir in the brown sugar, white sugar and the flour; mix well.

3. Last add the milk, vanilla and nuts.

4. Pour into an unbaked 9-in pie shell. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes at 400 degrees, then reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until done.

    Came out okay I'm not sure why but at the bottom of the pie it was a tad bit watery and the crust was already very well done so I did not want to put in oven longer to burn the crust - 6/22/15
