Ingredients
1/2 c low-fat vanilla yogurt1 cup 1% milk2 tsp Peanut butter1 c frozen Strawberries2 tsp whey powder6 ice cubes, crushed1 tsp fibersure (opt/ to add more fiber)
Directions
Put all in a blender. Add ice cubes. Makes a little over 2 8oz/cups. Suggested usage is for one serving for breakfast and the other as a snack during the day.
