Ingredients
1 Cup Softened Organic (Grass Fed Cow) Butter12 oz. Hershey's Sugar Free Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips2.5 Scoops Six Star Pro Nutrition Whey Isolate Elite Series French Vanilla Cream Protein Powder3 Cups Bob's Red Mill Low Carb Baking Mix1.5 Cup Almond Flour1 Cup Ideal Brown Sweetener1/2 Cup Truvia Baking Blend1 TBSP Agave Nectar, Light1/2 tsp Xanthan Gum (helps bind the flours)1/2 tsp All Natural Sea Salt2 Large Organic Eggs1 tsp Baking Powder1 tsp Real (not imitation) Vanilla ExtractOptional: 1.5C Nuts
Directions
Cream Butter, Agave Nectar and Sugars. Add Eggs and Vanilla. Mix together with flours, protein powder, salt, Xanthan Gum, baking powder & baking soda. Add chocolate chips. Using a cookie scoop, place 1.5 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. They won't spread much so you should fit 5 rows of 3 per sheet. Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes
