Chocolate Peanut Butter Hot Flax

Ingredients
1/4 cup Ground Flax Meal1 T ground cinnamon.5 T Unsweetned Cocoa Powder1/2 cup water2 T Creamy Peanut ButterOptional- Add some banana slices or crushed nuts or a few chocolate chips (not in nutritional info)*note, I just kinda add the cinnamon and cocoa until it looks right. I think its about these amounts. This idea works with oatmeal as well as flax
Directions
Add a quarter cup ground flax to a microwave safe bowl

Add the cinnamon and cocoa powder

Add 1/2 cup of water and mix with spoon. Add a small splash more water, I find it mixes with the PB better this way

Microwave for 1:15-1:30 on high

Take out and add 2 Tablespoons Peanut butter and stir well.

Enjoy your delicious breakfast! Or healthy desert!
