baked chicken tenders

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 40 ounces (I bought pre cut tenders) Pepper, black, 1 tbsp Garlic powder, 1 tbsp Onions, dehydrated flakes, 1 tbsp new Orleans seafood and chicken seasoning, 2 tsp (I buy this seasoning at the dollar tree)
Directions
1 pre heat oven to 400

2 Mix seasoning together. Reserve half for second coating of chicken

3 place chicken tenders on baking sheet. You can spray with Pam but I didn't find it necessary.

3 Place in oven for 10 minutes

4 take out and flip tenders. Coat with remaining seasoning.

5 cook for another 5-10 minutes (depends on your oven)

Serving Size: makes 5 servings. About 4 tenders a peace. Depends on how you cut them or how they were cut before purchase.
