Chicco's Chicken Chaluppas

Ingredients:Chicken Breast, no skin, 1.5 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook (remove)Beans, black, 1 cup (remove)Beans, pinto, 1 cup (remove)Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cup (remove)Water, tap, .666 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)*Onion powder, .5 tsp (remove)Chili powder, .25 tsp (remove)Cinnamon, ground, .2 tsp (remove)
Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place chicken in bottom of pot.
Drain and add pinto beans, corn and black beans.
Add 2/3 cup of water.
Season with onion powder, oregano (dried flakes), black pepper (just a dash), chili powder and cinnamon.
Cover and set on High 6 hours.
Prior to serving, break up chicken into small bits.
