Ingredients
Turkey MinceVegetablesPastry
Directions
Grate all the vegetables, saute in oil, cook until soft, add Soy Sauce to flavour.
Add the Turkey Mince and cook a little.
Allow to cool a little.
Add egg and oats and mix well.
Add herbs OR a sauce if you desire.
Cut pastry sheets into 4.
Add the filling and fold pastry however way you like.
Brush the pastry with an egg wash and cook in a hot over (200 - 220 degrees) for 15 to 20 minutes.
