Salsa/Cream Cheese Chicken

Ingredients
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts2 jars salsa2 8 oz packages of Neufchatel cream cheese
Directions
Place chicken breasts in crockpot. Cover with salsa. Cook until done (high 4-5 hours). Take out chicken and shred. Place back into crockpot with Neufchatel cream cheese. Stir until cheese it melted and mixed together with salsa and chicken.

Serving Size: 1/2 chicken breast - makes 12 servings
