Broccoli & Mushroom Stir Fry

Ingredients
4 c chopped broccoli4 c chopped mushroomPam1 1/2 tsp dried gingercayenne pepper to taste1/2 c water1 T cornstarch1/2 c lite soy sauce (or less, this much makes a nice sauce to drizzle on fish)
Directions
Spray large non stick pan with Pam. Heat over med heat. Add mushrooms sautee for 2 - 3 min, add broccoli sautee 2- 3 min. In a measuring cup mix water and cornstarch until smooth, add ginger and cayenne pepper, mix. Add liquid mixture to vegetables and increase heat to high while stirring to thicken 1 - 2 min. Reduce heat back to med add soy sauce and stir cook approx 5 minutes more or until desired tenderness.
