Ginger Salad Dressing

Ingredients
3 TBS. olive oil2 TBS. apple cider vinegar3 TBS. fresh ginger, grated1 TBS. tomato paste1 TBS. Coconut Aminos1/2 clove garlic, minced1/4 tsp. sea salt1/2 black pepper
Directions
Measure all ingredients into a small jar.
Shake very well and chill until needed for a salad.

Serving Size: Makes about 10 TBS./one TBS. = 1 serving.
