White Bean Chicken chili

10 c Dried Northern Bean ( or Navy Bean may be used)3 Tbsp cilantro or ( knorr Cilantro cubes 7ea)2 Tbsp cumin2 Tbsp Smoked Paprika3 Tbsp granulated garlic3 Tbsp chicken gravy or ( Chicken base 2 Tbsp)1 Tbsp chili Powder1 c Diced onion or ( green onion)2 c green Chili peppers ( La Victoria ) or any brand 5 lbs Chicken Salad chips or ( any diced Chicken)6 c Salsa (La Victoria) or any mild brand will do
10 c of Northern Beans soaked overnight
Place in 5 gallon pot to boil. Add cilantro,cumin, smoked Paprika, granulated Garlic, Chicken gravy, green chili peppers, and onions. Let come to boil for 1.5 hrs then add 2 qts. diced tomatos and 6 c salsa and let simmer for 1 additional hour or until beans are fork mashable. then add 5 lbs chicken meat (diced){ I use Sysco's Chicken Salad chips} let simmer 1/2 hr more { CCP temp of chili holds at 165 F for 15 seconds. Then serve!
