1 pound 99% Fat Free Ground Turkey Breast3/4 cup Dry Quaker Oats-Old Fashioned1/2 cup Reduced Sugar Ketchup1/4 cup Eggbeaters1/3 cup Diced Zucchini1/3 cup Diced Radishes1/3 cup Green Bell Pepper1/4 cup Yellow Onion1/3 cup Red Bell Pepper1 Tbsp French's Worcestershire Sauce1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard1 Tbsp Minced Garlic1/4 tsp No Salt - Sodium Free Salt Alternative1 tsp Black Pepper1 tsp Ground Oregano1 Tbsp Hot Curry Powder
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together and form into loaf pan (sprayed lightly with vegetable spray). Bake for 50-55 minutes (or until center temperature is 170 degrees).
