Lite Breakfast Scramble

Ingredients
4 oz egg beaters2 oz low fat cheddar cheese1/2 cup sliced mushrooms2 oz Hormel 97% Fat Free Ham1 tsp. olive oil
Directions
Heat olive oil in non stick pan. Saute ham and mushrooms until soft(3-4 min.). Add beaters and move eggs around with a rubber spatula. When eggs begin to set add cheese and cook until desired consistency. Season to taste.
