6 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, cut in half1 can Cream of Chicken Soup1 8 oz package of cream cheese cubed into 8 pieces1 package of good seasons dressing4 cloves of garlic diced
1. Cut the chicken in half
2. Cover the chicken with the cubed cream cheese
3. Mix the garlic, good seasons dressing (Found with the salad dressing, but is dried, can be mixed to make Italian dressing) and the soup and pour over the chicken.
4. Put in the crock pot on low for 8 - 10 hours.
Serve over white rice. or over Egg noodles

I made this last night for dinner. I used fat free cream cheese and 98% FF cream of chicken. I must have messed up somewhere along the way because my cream cheese didn't blend well or even melt and I think I put too much garlic in it. I will try it again..I never give up on a good recipe!!! :-) - 2/13/08
