Lentil, Spinach and Curry Soup

Ingredients
Lifesmart lentils 540ml can2 medium potatoes cubed2 raw carrots sliced2 stalks celery sliced2.5 cups fresh spinach2tbsp olive oil1/2 onion1tbsp minced garlic2tsp curry powder1tsp red pepper flakes1tsp ginger60ml red wine1 6oz can tomato paste
Directions
Saute olive oil and onions in pan, add garlic for two to three minutes. Add 7 cups of water, carrots, celery, lentils, spices, potato, red wine and tomato paste. Cook for 30min. Add spinach and cook for 30 more min.
