Fall Harvest Salad

Ingredients
3 C Mixed Field Greens4 oz Fat Free Deli Ham2 Tbsp Feta Cheese2 Tbsp chopped walnuts1/2 apple (chopped)2 Tbsp Fat Free Balsamic Vinaigrette1 Mini Cucumber (sliced)Cherry or Grape Tomatoescinnamon (to taste)nutmeg (to taste)
Directions
Combine field greens, cucumbers,tomatoes and feta cheese in bowl. Dry roast walnuts in a pan on medium heat for several minutes and toss into salad mix. Sprinkle apples and ham with nutmeg and cinnamon to taste and roast in a pan for 8-10 minutes until warm and flavors meld. Add to salad while still warm. Top with dressing and enjoy!
