Zucchini Sauce (Vegan)

Ingredients
4 small zucchini (or 2 medium or 1 large)1 large onion6-8 cloves of garlic2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil3 cups fresh spinach15-20 basil leaves3/4 cup Veggie brand Cream Cheese, Chive & Garlic flavour
Directions
Soften onion, garlic, and zucchini in olive oil with a dash of S&P over medium heat. Add spinach and basil. Blend to desired consistency. Serve! Deeelicious.
