Ingredients
2 large oranges or 3 small oranges1 grapefruit1 cup pineapple1 cup mangoJuice all together and enjoy.I like refrigerate the oranges, grapefruit and mango. Freeze pineapple. The frozen fruit eliminates the need to add ice.
Directions
I use my omega to juice all the ingredients except mangos. I add the juice to a blender with mango and blend away.
Vitamix or Blendtec juice all the ingredients in one step.
