Ingredients
2 chicken breast - cut into thin strips1 large Zucchini - cut into strips1 large red bell pepper- cut into stripshoneyworcestershire sauceFranks brand hot sauce
Directions
saute the chicken until almost cooked through. Add veggies and cook until the chicken is done, still leaving some texture to the veggies.

Mix all wet ingredients in a small bowl and add to the saute. cook for 1 mintue and serve over brown rice.
