Italian Chicken and Rice Pot

Ingredients
Ingredients:Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook (remove)Beans, white, 1 cup (remove)Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cup (remove)*Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 7 serving (remove)Good Seasons Italian Recipe Mix, 19 gram(s) (remove)Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, .5 cup (remove)White Rice, long grain, 2 cup (remove)
Directions
Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place chicken breasts in bottom of pot.
Drain and add corn.
Drain and add white beans.
Add Italian Seasoning Mix.
Drain and add tomatoes.
Cover and set to Low 8 hours.
Prior to serving, break up chicken into smallish chunks.
Add bread crumbs and mix until thickened somewhat.
Cover again until time to serve.
Boil water and cook rice.
Mix rice with contents of pot.
Serve.
