Scottish Mince (for tatties)

Ingredients
1 lb. hamburger meat, extra lean3 cloves of garlic, minced1 cooking onion, minced or diced2-3 TBSP olive oil1-2 cups of water salt and pepper to taste1 TBSP Bisto gravy (I use the boxed powder)
Directions
place oil in sauce/frying pan.
Add onion, garlic and meat ... brown
Add salt and pepper to taste as well as some of the water.
Let boil down to about 1/4 cup of moisture in pan with meat and ingredients
Add bisto and water. add enough water to cover meat and let boil.
Stir occasionally so that it doesn't burn to bottom of pan
