Homemade Caramel Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
1 c. Vanilla Soy Milk.5 Tbsp Cocoa Powder1 tsp. Caramel Syrup1 tsp. honey
Directions
Combine cocoa powder, caramel syrup and honey in a coffee mug. Steam milk to between 140 and 165 degrees. Above 165 and you will be scalding the milk. Once milk is steamed, use a spoon to hold back the foam as you pour the milk over the dry ingredient sin your mug. Stir with a fork until most of the lumps are broken up.
