Pumpkin Pie Parfait

1 can of plain canned pumpkin, no salt or sugar added2 tbsp molasses2 tbsp brown sugar1 tsp pumpkin pie spices, or your favorite mix of nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and vanilla4 cinnamon graham crackers1 7-ounce cup of 2% Greek yogurt
Mix together the pumpkin, molasses, brown sugar, and spices.
Place the graham crackers in a bag and crush with a rolling pin.
Layer in 8-ounce glasses or wine glasses: pumpkin, graham cracker crumbs, yogurt, pumpkin, graham cracker crumbs.
Chill for four hours... or eat immediately, if you're not that patient.
Serving Size: Makes 4 .75-cup parfaits
