Chunky Low Fat Granola

6 c. rolled oats1/4 c. sunflower seeds1/4 c. pecans (may substitute nuts of your choice)1/2 c. wheat germ1/2 c. powdered milk2/3 c. honey2/3 c. applesauce1 t. vanilla
Preheat oven to 350.
Place rolled oats in ungreased 9X13 pan. Bake 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and stir in dry ingredients.
Add remaining ingredients. Stir until thoroughly coated.
Bake 10-15 minutes, stirring every 3-5 minutes until uniformly golden. Do not overbake. Let cool in pan undisturbed, then break into chunks.
