Seitan Yakisoba Veggie Stirfry

Ingredients
Seitan (I use homemade), 16 oz Cabbage, fresh, .25 head, large *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium Asparagus, fresh, 3 cup Onions, raw, .5 large Annie's Naturals Organic Hot Chipotle BBQ 1/4 cup*Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp*Chinese, Yakisoba japanese Noodles,1 okg
Directions
Mix all ingredients EXCEPT NOODLES in a large plastic bag or container - let marinate at least one hour.

Follow directions on package to stir fry noodles, add Seitan/Veggie mix and cook until done.
